Well, if you had read it carefully, you would have known that it was the (partly) new management under Syron that recommended against the proposal. Shareholder proposals asking for dynastic succession don't just come out of the blue. There has to be support for it from those who stand to gain by it. I would like Mutual Series to really turn the screws on the management. We are investing in a company here. Not in some royal family!
