You need the right radiologist to diagnose the early nonpalpable lesions on mammograms.There are too many mediocre radiologists practicing across America.Just remember that obtaining a MD degree and passing the Boards does not guarantee expertise.You still have to go to the right physician.

CHUZ - my best wishes and prayers are with you and your wife... btw, i know a lot about alternative therapies if you/she are interested...hypnosis/guided visualization during anesthesia/surgery/recovery, meditation, energy work...these tend to make the procedures easier...and take away much of the fear...let me know if i can help find you some resources in this area. cheers, GRANOLA
