S.G.I Shareholders

He who ask questions is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not ask the question remains a fool for forever!!!

Once again S.G.I shareholders you have impressed me with your sharp perception of your investment in S.G.I

So, now lets get to the meat of the ruling that came down late Friday. New federal clean air standards meant to radically cut smog and soot pollution amount to an unconstitutional delegation of legislative authority……

There is more than one Clean Air Act... this one pertains to the most stringent of the Clean Air Acts

The three judge panel said EPA's policy gave the agency the latitude to pick any point between zero and a hair below the concentrations yielding London's killer fog in setting standards. What they are trying to say is that these laws where very loosely written and some of these laws have to be re-written and tightened up, but the most important thing in this ruling is that the court did not throw out the ozone rule which pertains to S.G.I -- AND ONCE AGAIN I
HAVE TO ADD THIS IS THE MOST STRINGENT OF THE CLEAN AIR ACTS. The court nullified the rule on soot, which directed states to remove particles down to 2.5 microns- People, 2.5 microns is one-twenty-eight's the width of a human hair

The E.P.A attempt to reduce smog and cut back on tiny airborne particulates-- soot -- has been put on hold. My understanding is that this does not effect S.G.I technology

The most important thing is not to stop questioning, because knowledge is king!!
