The STM offer of $22 was posted by a few different people on Yahoo on the public board and I believe it was re-posted here. I believe it to be accurate, but you know that VLSI did not put out a release about that. If you've been reading this board you know about the offer and that there were differences in the auxilliary package between what STM offered and what PHG offered. STM offered the higher stock price, though. --Linda
