Sorry, everyone, just lazy I guess. This the gist of the post at RB: <Countryboy, bigtim, Ref: Donnied's question in post #35868.....please help. During the past week on Thursday, this new requirement for STBs was made, as a compromise as stated in the following article. Wave was busy with E3. dailynews.yahoo.com STB: New Federal Requirement, "The key to the new boxes will be a separate plug-in security module that cable operators will be required to provide to allow the equipment to operate." If this new requirement on digital boxes could be satisfied by using the Embassy, looks like a fast way to be THE solution for us in STBs. Has anyone checked with WAVE to see if we could provide this solution? As Donnied suggested, the dongle or similar device might suffice.> Cheers everyone, and comments please from the techies.
