I agree that unless or until there's another offer or PHG bows out, there's probably no reason for the price to go over 21. I did think that they might offer over the equivalent of 21 for options, thinking that might make the difference between their having enough votes and not. If they can buy the options and call them in, they could gather a lot more stock. I don't know how realistic that is, but I don't know how close they are to having the votes they need.
