Would you say Filing with the SEC. for MDHM is now July. 99' as to the head of the class? Would be the cutoff date now... and if from the get go as stated would you think the paperwork must be close to done? So they may come out with full audited financials some time in what the next 60 days or less??? Yet the past shell would have to be clean to make a transfer, or the SEC would wish to see all the paper from the past todate. Anyone have a clue as to the rules that the SEC. has placed on the "BB" firms??? Thanks, Jim...
