He further suggests that PCLN's on "life support," its stock held up by lead underwriter MWD, and co-managers BKB (BBRS), DLJ and ML (not to mention GS, who wasn't even in on the offering).

BAM, Ok help me out here, where on earth did I mention MWD, BKB, DLJ supporting the stock? And you called that reasonable interpretation of my statement? In fact, I said ML might be dumping shares, nothing about supporting the stock price (which would mean taking in the shares).

Regards,

Tom

PCLN--some more thoughts...BAM, you said:

"If I'm wrong, correct me and enlighten us as to why you don't want us to believe sell-siders are pushing PCLN to unload inventory. "

the analyst crew is pushing pcln for one reason only...the investment banking fees that will come with the secondary...

blodgett is fighting along with meeker and others to be the LEAD underwriter for this secondary...it is a huge game of a$$-kissing...i used to play it...i know the rules...

you should know never to trust the sell side...

good luck to you,
