Try bigcharts.com interactive charts. The Help section explains each indicator in a basic way.

I strongly recommend Elder's "Trading for a Living" both for trading advice and good thumbnail sketches of most TA indicators.

I don't have any specific sites. the best thing to do is check out some books at the library and then spend hours pouring over charts. Your best tool is your mind and just building up an understanding of the various indicators and how combinations of them tend to be better than any single one or two. TA works.

FLYR continues to form a base around 7 - it will move toward 9 eventually before it either stalls out or news propels it past that.
