wpkr: Look, I don't know how it can be explained more simply. The smart bridge monitoring system may well be an excellent idea for a product. But the world is jam packed full of excellent ideas, and they don't give out multi-million dollar contracts - only real companies do.

It is clear from the MTEY material that Antaeus was not real in any meaningful sense when DCHT put out its press release, nor on March 30, nor (since there was no "Subsequent Events" section in MTEY's new 10-Q) by May 13. Even if Antaeus existed to the extent of actually having an address and phone number, it hadn't even begun the process of testing its idea, let alone showing that the idea worked, was economic, and good enough to pry money out of potential customers - governments, which have quite a few other demands on their money besides monitoring the rust on their bridges.

If a company says that there are some excellent ideas out there that may someday result in demand for its products, that is absolutely fine.

But that does NOT give it the right to put out a press release stating the imminent arrival of large purchase orders from what it knows perfectly well is only an embryonic idea.
