Franz, I think that you are right. There is no way a guy like John Malone who is used to power and prestige is going to remain willing a be a quiet behind the scenes player. With the AT&T acquisition of Media One I think that it is only a matter of time before he takes off from AT&T. I think Malone is more happy in the content business and not the transport business. I think that he wants to be banging heads with Ted Turner not tap dancing Bernie Ebbers. Cheers, Steve
