Decidely mixed feelings.

I own a lot of stock so I am disappointed that the annual numbers are not good enough to support higher stock prices.

The profit numbers are meaningless in so far as accounting differences could have produced a loss or a profit. Having said that, it is still a MASSIVE improvement over the year earlier when there was a loss of $1.22 million. So the bottom line looks good, in comparison.

But the lack of revenue growth bothers me. Of course we are now six months (nearly) past the fiscal year-end and it was only recently that UIC received its money from SOCO and it is just now getting the new plant up to speed. So it will likely mean that the 3RD quarter '99 results will be needed before we see meaningful improvement. And it will be what, October, before we see those numbers?

So I think UIC will look good six months from now, but until then I have doubts. I also do not like all the debt, but what are you going to do? It's either debt or equity, I'm afraid.

It's a great story. But we have no evidence of great results...
