Hmmm... Have never really looked into USTI but from my first glance... The company earnings are good expecially for a stock in that range. Earnings are important to many investors in penny stocks. I like companies which show their earnings such as my CJPG. It had incredible earnings also but didnt move more then 20%. I don't know where people get the thing that the CEO doesn't care about the investors though. He did just purchase 100k shares during January at .03 a share. The negative thing is that they don't release much news. That may be a negative or a positive. If positive news does get released soon the stock may see some very good movement because it will be one of their first press releases in a very long time. If no news it may just drift back down.
