Dave

I agree with you whole heartedly.

Maybe I got shaken out, but I recently closed out my position in GMD. I made good profit because my average share price was 0.20.

What ticks me off is that I also followed this company for a few years and was cautious and patient enough not to get caught up in the previous higher-priced buying. After it formed a long base and I still liked the prospects of the company, I finally decided to buy some shares.

Now, normally I wouldn't close out at such a low average share price. I would either just hope for the best or else sell a few more shares, get my entire investment back and be left with a bunch of freebie shares. However, I figured that I'd be better off with the money than free (worthless ?) shares. I really hated to close out, but I have lost all faith in management with their slimey repricing of options and history of hide-and-go-seek news releases.

For the sake of the other shareholders, I hope I made the wrong decision (!!!) and I still intend to monitor the situation.

All the best,
Ben Jaded
