There are a few Danish bakeries in Racine and Kenosha, even
have annual kringle-bakeoff-competition. But they're not the
right thing, the goo in the middle is too sweet and fruity,
and it isnt crisp and fluffy as it gets when you really keep
folding and beating the dough around.
