Burjis, I'm also intrigued by this company and know that the involvement of Commonwealth will likely mean good things. I also am willing to ride out the short term hit that the stock will likely take due to the reverse split. This happens historically as a company's "last ditch effort" to prop up a failing company. In this case, however, it appears that a new phase is beginning with the addition of capital. Commonwealth has a successful history with iMALL etc. and I look forward for bigger and better things. I broke my usual rules of no BB stocks for this one. HeatherN
