Alan, I noticed that difference also, but only report what I believe the problem. Chuca's comment sounds plausible and would also compound the loss of metals in the finds. I think that Runyon will address this in the future and my limited outsider's understanding could very well be in error. Notice that I lace my comments with "my speculation, belief, or understanding". Many things have surprised me investing in Maxam, like buying MXAM stock at $0.70 as the stock is decreasing for good reasons. Also, the latest press release was a total surprise to me considering my recent expectation for a income producing division that would fund mining development, the MGAU model. It shows the multiple potential paths that the company undertakes. Anyone that takes my comments as gospel or makes investment decisions based on them makes a big mistake. I don't represent the company, only my portfolio, sometimes not even that very well. <VBG>

Alan

I believe that the fines were lost during the drilling. Dale said that the drilling process used high pressure and our gold was getting blown all over the desert.
