Sarmad,
Agreed on the raising cash comment. Got hit by the Dell bus in February on Niles downgrade and refuse to try to catch the falling knives until the Fed speaks. Holding IBM and cash until Tuesday afternoon. Good trading!!

Sarmad....but if you had just bot and held instead of trying to market time you wouldn't have had the loss of profits to recoup, much less the aggravation....and you would have been swimming in the black from last May to now. Market timers rarely get back in at the right time, so, why not buy and hold? Maybe daytrading and short term trading aren't such a great idea...think about it.

"I want to see where the inflation scare will take us before buying."
Sarmad, what are you looking to buy once the scare subsides? I am 30% in cash for many of the reasons you stated.

Currently a long term holder of CSCO, AOL, WCOM, RNWK and EBAY.

Good trading...
