Steven, the third blade is not a rumor, they spent $600 MM on the development and $400 MM on the marketing blitz. The same $1 billion could have been used by them to fund 100 start up companies in the consumer product business, which even if 50% failed, the other 25% would have given them a real hegemony in their market place. And that assumed an average of $10 MM per start up... quite hefty.
