Wow that is unbelievable on the pass through fees. That is ridiculous. The other party should have to pay 100% of their ECN fees and you should pay yours. At JPR I have never ever been charged a pass through fee of any kind. My trades are always either $11.00 or $12.50 period. Doesn't matter if my ISLD bid or ask is hit by INCA or another ECN. I'm comfortable with JPR's speed and reliability. I have more problems with my ISP which is Psi-Net. I am getting an external modem for dial in as opposed to my supposed direct connection as a back up. By the way their stock symbol is PSIX and they suck.
