Ausdauer, to answer your question:

Around about the time that NCII (Norris Communications)started working on a design for a portable digital music player using Lucent's EPAC codec, they changed their symbol and name to EDIG and e.Digital Corporation respectively. Shortly thereafter the stock went from a few pennies to a few dollars. If you are interest in what has happened since then you may want to go to edig.com . For old news: norriscomm.com .

It is this kind of thinking that lead me to believe that EDIG and its MicroOS could also be big for SNDK:

<My point is, anything that is digital and audio or visual and can be compressed and enjoyed in a handheld device is a potential CF market. Regardless of which compression standard, which encoding software and which type of content they will all require some form of storage AND, for the time being, connectivity to a PC.>

However, it seems to me that what you are saying is that every NEW device or software that utilizes flash memory can only increase SNDK's market. And SNDK couldn't care less whether it is CE, audible.com or EDIG's MicroOS. As the digital market grows so will SNDK's share price.

Thanks for indulging me (and EDIG's MicroOS)on the SNDK thread.
