It was a joke, a satire on the disclaimers at the end of most "investment" newsletters. Relax.

Condor. . .you missed the joke. Remember how I am constantly harping on not investing in OTC stocks based in Vancouver, Denver, Boca Raton, Las Vegas or Dallas on the fishing thread? The "disclaimer" at the bottom was a feeble attempt at tongue-in-cheek humor with references floating back and forth between traveling and stock disclaimers. I thought everyone would get it. . .sorry for confusion. . . and the cheap joke at the expense of those cities. Never even been to Vancouver, BC. . .and heard it is a beautiful place. . .I know that some of the most beautiful girls in the world hail from Vancouver, too. . . . .again my reference was strictly stocks and the notoriety these cities have with stock scams.
