Conclude what you will. A half mil covered in March - there is still 1.5 mil short --- a huge number for a stock with the float of a CYMI. The number ought not to be any more than 200-250 thou max. The stock does have to be bought back. Much might be arb related and MM in-and-out stuff. Until we see it clear up the moon is something that will remain a - to come - destination.
