Kevin, at this point I am going to wait and let the CEO answer as many more questions as possible. I do not know the answers, but those are good questions, though. It may even be accurate that those and other questions may be under negotiation as we speak, so perhaps they actually CANNOT be answered yet. Results of the Legal Opinion should be coming fairly soon, I would think. I think all of us would love to see you, or anyone who has reasonable questions, to do some DD and report back.
