interesting anecdote: i was talking to an acquaintance last night who works for a software company in orange county. (he doesn't know i own stock in any company, let alone that i own lots of dell.) i asked him if he works with a number of different pc companies and he said yes. i asked him his favorite to work with. his instant response was "Dell." he said the web pages are SUPERB and really make his job a lot easier.
