Suzanne, as part of the group that provided the floorless funding two organizations are overseas organizations, if they want to short against the block they can (and the agreement with TSIG specifically allows for shorting against the block and delivering shares from conversion against the short position, it is in the recent SB-2 filing of the new 50 MM shares).
