Your point? Reed is still the company's largest shareholder. He's still in Big Trouble with the FTC, for--funniest coincidence!--what he got up to while running a business that was very, very similar to HITT. Is the Life Trust Foundation PR meaningful? Most of us on the board think not. Who are they? Good question, and one that Bill Wallace didn't answer in the Bloomberg interview in which he declined to admit that Jeannette Wilcher was his mother. The stuff about the oil leases is utterly absurd. Though perhaps not as absurd as an outfit willing to pay nearly three times market value for restricted stock in a BB company about which extremely serious questions have been raised.
