Before I submit a bid on one of IRID's Satellites at ebay , am I obligated to pay MOT's $$$.??? cause if that is the case, then let IRID's Satellites burn up on re-entry. <<Furthermore fixed costs will remain high thanks to an unbelievable maintenance and replacement routine.
