Before I submit a bid on one of IRID's Satellites at ebay ,
am I obligated to pay MOT's $$$.???
cause if that is the case, then let IRID's Satellites burn up on re-entry.

<<Furthermore fixed costs will remain high thanks to an unbelievable maintenance
and replacement routine. After spending $4 billion to launch a 66-satellite
system, you'd think they could kick back and reap the rewards for a while.
No, these birds have an expected life of just 5 years or so. And while they're up
