End of case? LOL SORRY....but DCHT DID NOT ANNOUNCE " A contract with a viable customer with an expected delivery schedule of product that will dwarf the company's current sales level..." The customer may be more than viable despite your estimation of what constitutes "existing in any meaningful way", but NO product order nor delivery date for such was announced by DCHT...you can scream all you want, but what you imply has happened in your post is simply untrue. Please realize you that while we all have a legitimate complaint with the news release on Anteaus such as it was, you must not falsely imply in your postings here that it claimed a sale with delivery dates when it simply DID NOT. That would be a essentially a lie- from YOU my man.
