Ken, I'd like to see any private "discussions" regarding this matter stay off this thread. It will find its true resolve in or out of court. Giving it an incomplete forum here will clarify nothing. Some of the shareholders here shift their (for lack of a better metaphorical noun) "loyalties" measured only by their self-involved barometer. They become antagonist or protagonist depending on their current personal position with DCTC and have no real concern with the future of DCI or the aggregate good for the rest of the shareholders...in spite of their obvious knowledge-acclaimed, lettered or otherwise. This is "all numbers and I'm in it for me only" investing. This is "fine" but rings hollow in serving the interest of any investor who is sincerely long term. Therefore, IMO, I consider their remarks ego driven, skewed and moot. The principal parties involved, the courts and the ticker will tell us soon enough. Onward, George
