Sorry, Henry, but criticism of a company based on provable fact is not libel. Unlike some of the more, ah, intemperate bashers I never call anyone a criminal (your buddy Spidey and many of those who've been slamming us of late should be as careful), and I make it clear that what I say is my opinion. I've never posted on the RACE thread--well, maybe I did once or twice, but it was in reply to something that'd been said about me, not about the stock--so I'm not involved in the Liviakis suit, nor will I be. Do you know anything about Liviakis and his company, by the way? And here's a thought, Boris: why d'you think more BB companies don't try suing bashers? And why d'you think the SEC isn't really interested in us?
