I don't think they are still buying at today's prices............. freeedgar.com Extraordinary Item During the first quarter, the Company repurchased $3.4 million of the face value of the Company's 5-7/8% Convertible Subordinated Notes due 2005 at 95.5% of the principal amount, with accrued interest to the date of repurchase, and recognized an extraordinary gain of $33,000 (zero effect per diluted share), net of related income taxes of $23,000.
