Not bearing on the major points of your analysis, but a couple notes on TVontheWeb revenues, Mike. Jubimer gave us the valuable info that underwriting fees ranged from 30 to 60 thou annually. Advertising fees ( split with underwriter) are an unknown ...Dave did say, if I recall, that many advertisers don't quite " get it" yet...but they will. Due to the nice stickiness of the site..the fees per channel themselves ought to also be a growth area. And we know ( from Washington Business Journal ) that Gardy McGrath ( sp?) productions -which was acquired by TVontheWeb with part of the money AXC gave them - did 4 million in business last year. Whether they have sacrificed some or all of that business to concentrate solely on TVontheWeb we do not know. The spice was terrific, BTW. Enjoyed by all.Thanks.
