Unless Keith has some more tricks up his sleeve, all you get at this point is common. Check back along the thread for one of M. Graham's overview posts to get complete info.

Best of luck,
George

Guy, the preferred shares were distributed as a kind of dividend back in August/September, based on the shared that each shareholder had at that time.

When the preferred shares become tradable, then you will be able to buy them on the open market, however the free-bee's have already been distributed.

I believe the P's were distributed based on a date of record of September 1, 1998.

Keep in mind though, that owning CVIA now and in the future, will make you eligible for any dividends that are distributed in the future. For example, new IPO dividends.

Guy the P's where issued in Oct. and I expect to have the SB2/A filed this week so that we can start trading them. But the p's were a one time dividend and has been completed since Oct. If you are really wanting to go long on CVIA the P's are a very good way of doing that. They too, will be receiving dividends and considerations, once they are available to the public.
