When I have a problem with E*T I switch to a different ISP and usually get through. Sometimes hanging up and redialing the same ISP will get connected. It's not always E*T that's the problem, it could be your server or one of the 10 jumps you people on the East coast go through to get to the computers. If anyone is thinking about switching brokers, switch back to the broker you used to call on the phone and wait for him to call you back, he's in the toilet, he's away from his desk, he's out to lunch, today's his day off, he was here a minute ago, i'll see if I can find him, he's no longer with the firm, can someone else help you, he's in a meeting, he's with someone (more important than you), he'll be in at 3:00 PM. When he gets back to you if he does and tells you the commission on 10,000 shares is $1,100 be sure and tell him how much you appreciate his excellent service. I think many complainers on this board have never had a traditional account with a phantom broker who charges $300 for the average trade.
