Pipick Nichimen wants to make some money. They are taking their slice of the pie. You can have some too. I agree that it will be a volatile stock until the news is announced and then trend will be continuing up for a while. All the best Pipick Doug Welcome back Douglas M. Benedict

pipick, Your posts Friday make no mention of your covering. I have no idea what your motivation is?: - long ACRI - short TVL You seem to devote the majority of your posting time to criticizing TVL. It seems odd for a guy who thinks nothing of the company and/or its prospects. Was there not a time when you were pro TVL? What happened between then and now? I mean the story seems to be getting better by the day. Can you honestly say that the Nichimen purchase of the 2.5 mil shares stands for nothing. I am taking it to reflect an extreme amount of confidence on behalf of Nichimen. Conversely the sale by the Siddiqui brothers represents a small portion of their personal holdings. True? Anyway you've obviously done a lot of DD but I'm puzzled by the conclusions that you seem to have arrived at. Respectfully, VIN
