STRU at $6.50? Please do not give credence to this number as being an estimate of fair market value! My recollection is that, as one of the pre 1996 shareholders, we were advised that this was an arbitrary figure decided upon by the original promoters, sufficiently low to generate interest by the general public. This number was used to solicit extra private placement funds (at a substantial discount) from investors like me before going on the"board". We were also told the stock was to be listed on NASDAQ, not OTCB! I believe the company may be being turned around by the new US management team, but I advise caution!
