Speaking of Insiders. Very interesting article in today's NY Times. Research confirming that insider buying is more of a buy signal in small caps than large caps and dismissed insider selling as a non-event because insiders buy for only one reason and sell for many different reasons. Worthwhile reading Milesov.

Milesov,

UNFY had a high of 16 in '96 and a high of 17 in '99. It looks to be a cup with handle that has an uptrending line across the top of the cup and is still in the handle stage.
