<<Do you wonder how many other "houses" will join the Paine Webber down grade ? It may get very very messy after Tuesday.

Watch out if DELL reports 15 cents !!!>>

Larry: Are you on hallucinagenics?? <GG> ..Just kidding...Yet, I think you are a little off base to think DELL may not beat the numbers. IMO, you and many other investors will be surprised on Tuesday. If Mr. Greenspan and his friends at the Fed use "good judgement".....DELL could provide the catalyst for a big rally in tech stocks. Watch for UP GRADES later this week. Some of the analysts haven't done their homework on DELL. They will be enlightened Tuesday afternoon and will wonder why they have been overly cautious about DELL. IMO, you should also watch for some of the large Growth Funds to step up to the plate and buy more DELL in the next few weeks. Many are late adopters (of good investing ideas) and have been holding back. They are holding some cyclicals that are getting tired and too much cash. DELL will demonstrate that its business model and growth story are still the envy of the high tech industry. The trend can be your friend. Study DELL's recent public statements, IDC #s, Growth Initiatives, etc...Read between the lines. DELL is going higher.

Good Luck Investing.

Regards,

Scott
