ATTENTION SHAREHOLDERS!!MUST READ!! T A P listened to interview dividend update and just now got off the phone with Mr.Tilton. He had received a fax this afternoon from the NASD which is what led to todays interview update regarding dividend. He has since called the person he talked to Friday who told him the information given on 5/14 interview and tomorrow at 8:30 am est this person, the person who sent todays fax and Mr Tilton will have a conference call to try and determine what the facts are. Mr. Tilton apologizes for the misunderstanding and in no way withheld any information and was acting in good faith and would never intentionally misinform investors.It is important to keep a cool head and not jump to conclusions as many have already. There will be a press release out early tomorrow regarding this issue.T A P will keep everyone informed as soon as we hear. Also it was brought to our attention some posters have been impersonating T.A.P. using different variations of our screenname. Please alert T A P when and if you may suspect fraud in this manner.
