Yeah, that's what your broker tells you. Truth is, you always lose because the money tied up could be fruitfully employed elsewhere

...read the last paragraph of the last news release and try to think of anything else it could mean.

Let me see, the company issues a press release that announces that they're working with Kennecott in Manitoba. Then pinned on at the end we're told that the company is committed to increasing shareholder value and, to this end, will consider all investment options.

This is just my opinion, but this doesn't past the test for full and accurate disclosure. A better option would have been:

...the company is considering a radical departure from its principal focus of activity for the past two years and, to this end, will leverage off this experience to get into a field of expertise alien to the whole management of the company or words to that effect.

Within the context of that news release one might fully expect that statement to point to other agreement concerning diamond exploration elsewhere.

But maybe you're right, maybe we should all start reading MEO news releases with the assumption that management are trying to put one past us!
