I am certainly astonished by the announcements some DD's are making without first proceeding with the standard stuff. I wonder, assuming the Standard Bank of NY or The Resource Capital Fund were asked to put the millions, if they would ask to see such studies. Maybe not... But they would sure need some sort of education on this new era in mining.
