While you are on that subject, why don't you add JBOH, and other 2nd tier players. Steve, do you think GS and MER will buy some of them? Which ones are the best targets in your valuable opinion?

egrp/amtd - i think both are fairly valued for the quarter we're in with growth multiples on them and almost neck in neck in terms of revenue multiples
