Trading Under TXCI; All SEC Filings Current

TotalAxcess.com Inc., trading under new ticker symbol TXCI, (formerly Group V Corporation OTC BB:GRPV) announced today commencement of business under the Company's new name reflecting its progression into Internet Marketing and E- Commerce activities. The Company also noted the completion of all SEC filings on May 14th with a detailed synopsis of second and third quarter results available on the business wire and on the Company's web page later in the week.

TotalAxcess.com Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph Monterosso stated, "As TotalAxcess.com we will fully avail ourselves of the latest technology, trends and resources to promote and market our telecommunication products and services. We have initiated a focused and unencumbered sales strategy which will contribute strong earnings and increase profitability in the coming quarters."

The Company fulfilled its commitment to be a fully reporting company with the May 14th filing of second and third quarter results, and expects all future SEC filings to be submitted in a timely manner.
