Digital River Signs International Partnership With Global DirectMail

Downloadable Titles To Global Direct's US and UK Online Stores
Digital River (Nasdaq: DRIV - news), the leader in Web-based commerce for digital products, today announced an international partnership with Global DirectMail (NYSE: GML - news), a leading direct marketer of brand name and private label computer, office and industrial products. Under the agreement, Digital River will offer more than 100,000 digital products for electronic delivery through Global's U.S.-based online store at globalcomputers.com, as well as its online stores in the United Kingdom at globaldirect.co.uk and misco.co.uk.
In both the U.K. and U.S. partnerships, Global will significantly enhance its current online offerings and capability to sell downloadable products to its customers. Additionally, Digital River will provide marketing and merchandising services to Global, that highlight product specials.
