EP,

The earnings report was solid actually. Again, the 15 million from S&N was amortized over the course of the 4 qtrs(5-4-4-2), and the analyst estimates for the most part included 15 rather than 5, so the earnings actually appeared to beat the estimates by .01-.02. However, the earnings aren't the most important part of ATIS' progress at this point anyway.

Otherwise, the wednesday and thursday trading was heavily institutional, and friday's was less than 1/2, given the appearance that friday's reaction to misperceived news or for the quick trade based on hoped for great news was primarily by us retail types, and that the stock was actually being accumulated in a significant manner prior. I would expect that the general trend will remain positive, although with bumps along the way. The fundamentals continue to be positive, with DG moving along nicely and other pipeline products continuing to make progress. The extra alliance can only help.

Have a nice week all,

Marshall
