Mr Cody, I HAVE NO INTENTION OF EITHER REPLYING TO OR ENGAGING IN AN EXCHANGE OF POSTS WITH YOU AS YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY DOUBLE FACED AND DUAL MINDED IN YOUR EITHER PRO - ''MURPHY/DCI'' ATTITUDE, OR YOUR ATTACK ''ME'' ATTITUDE. FURTHERMORE, as you have now unilaterally decided to DIS-continue your PRIVATE dialogue with me, and your ongoing search for information on DCI, its officers and directors and their activities, is now TOTALLY in the public forum, more specifically on the DCTC SI and LGCY threads, you will appreciate I am no longer able to respond, as there are a number of very serious legal lawsuits / cases currently pending in both federal and state courts in various US States and Canada, between myself, numerous other shareholders as well as other claimants, against DCI, Joseph Murphy, its other directors and officers as well as a number of other DCI shareholders.
