Talk Visual Signs Agreement For 32 New Videocall Centres in UK with Visual Telecoms Worldwide Ltd.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.-(BUSINESS WIRE)-May 20, 1999-(NASDAQ OTC-BB:TVCP) Michael J. Zwebner, Chairman of Talk Visual Corporation, announced today from the company's offices on Baker Street, London the signing of a Letter of Mutual Understanding with Visual Telecoms Worldwide Ltd. for the opening of thirty-two Videocall Centres in various cities and areas within the United Kingdom.

The mutual agreement proposes a Joint Venture between Visual Telecoms Worldwide (VTW) and Talk Visual Corporation (TVC), under the terms of which VTW constructs and operates Talk Visual Videocall Centres, while TVC supplies operating training, materials, and computer hardware and software. The companies have agreed to execute a Joint Venture Agreement no later than June 15th, 1999.

Gene Rosov, Talk Visual's president and CEO, said today from the company's West Coast headquarters in Sacramento, California that ''the agreement to move forward with Visual Telecoms is the first of many such agreements with established telecom companies worldwide. Our goal is to have some 2,000 company owned retail and joint venture operations opened worldwide within the next two years. We're geared up for this rate of growth, and have the capability and core staff to manage it.''

Dr. John Drage and Anthony Greenwood negotiated and signed the agreement for Visual Telecoms Worldwide Ltd. ''We're incredibly excited about working with Dr. Drage and Mr. Greenwood,'' said Mr. Zwebner. The shops they'll create will be fully consistent with the high standards of our existing retail locations in Tel Aviv, London, Boston, San Francisco, Manila, Miami, Toronto and elsewhere throughout the globe. The creation of this major retail presence in the United Kingdom will establish a powerful foothold for us in Europe, and heralds the definitive establishment of our major international presence throughout the Americas, Asia, North Africa and the Continent.''
