Dean, I am sorry, I know nothing of any of the particulars of any law suits of which you speak, I am not a party to either side of any such lawsuits, and I certainly am not representative of any parties to the law suits. Other than being an investor, I have no direct interest in the lawsuits. I am merely an independent investor seeking information about those outside forces that are potentially affecting the market price of my investment from parties other than Michael Zwebner, as directed to do by Michael Zwebner. To get this information "eventually" is just not good enough. If I have posted false or incorrect information, I MUST correct it, post-haste, and I seek the facts so such correction(s) may be accurately made, as requested by Michael Zwebner. Colin
