I'm not a fan of benchmarking as I've said in the past (my gaming experience is much more important), but it appears to me that the Voodoo3 (out of the box) still beats a TNT2 Ultra (out of the box) in raw performance as per Brian Hook's most recent framerate tests of Q3Test so I'm not sure where you are getting the impression that the TNT2 is "MUCH better". I have yet to see a review that pits an overclocked Voodoo3 against an overclocked TNT2 board.

Even with that said, can anyone here actually tell the refresh difference between a Voodoo3 at 50.4 FPS and a TNT2 Ultra at 49.2 FPS without actually seeing the printout on the screen? I can't!
